Shade is really important for growing coffee as it helps create a micro climate, allowing the coffee plans to stay cool and wet even when the season is hot and dry. Here's one of the shady coffee fields at Ashanti Coffee Enterprise farm in Zimbabwe. #farmtocup #coffeegrowers
