 About AHRI and the Home Inspection Industry

The Home Inspection industry is currently unregulated  in the province of Ontario. Thankfully, regulation is coming. Customer awareness is growing with TV programs like Holmes on Homes and others, educating the public on issues of home inspection and renovation inspections. With more than 40 years of home renovation and building experience, AH&RI was formed to help sellers and buyers of homes with the transfer of ownership. We are regulation-ready and we have completed every aspect of home building, renovation and maintenance. But experience was not enough. Our staff has completed the best Home Inspection training offered in Ontario through the Ministry of Education and Ontario Learn, graduating with distinction from the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program.

AH&RI is pleased to offer WETT inspections for all wood burning appliances. Whether you have a masonry fireplace or a combination oil and wood furnace, AH&RI can provide the service you require. Through a strategic business alliance, AH&RI can provide basic to comprehensive WETT inspections, chimney sweeps, repairs, installation and consultation for the do it yourself project.
