They offer premium casual dining, a steak infused menu and a well-rounded wine and drink list. The restaurant also offers specials on drinks and appetizers during “Prime Time” from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Monday to Friday, and brunch every Sunday! In the short time that Prime Seven Nine has been open, it has flourished in its central location – especially with the downtown weekend traffic! LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT!!! Creemore Coffee Studio is a vibrant café located in the beautifully renovated Simcoe Street Theatre building. They offer in house prepared lunches, freshly made baked goods & locally roasted organic free trade coffee. The café also caters to those with dietary restrictions or preferences and offers a delicious assortment of gluten free and vegan baked goods and lunch options! For nearly four years, owner Patti has really enjoyed Creemore Coffee Studio’s location downtown Collingwood. She is always happy to meet new people that are visiting the area and to chat with familiar local faces. Patti loves that her café is easily accessible to downtown shopping and the beautiful waterfront. Patti enjoys shopping downtown for local products for her café, and for a treat for herself at Crave The Chocolatier!
