Very disappointed that a camera purchased as a christmas gift Dec. 24th could not be returned for a refund 4 or 5 days later. Most electronic stores offer full refunds on unopened items. Store credit offered was unhelpful as I did not need a camera or accessories.
The Business Owner Replied:

It is unfortunate that we were unable to provide you a full refund for your camera purchase. Signs are located in the store with our policy of Exchange or Credit only for returned items.
