We have moved!
Dr. Neil Patrick has relocted his Collingwood practice just down the road to the Mountain View Towne Centre (Rexall building) on June 1st. The new address is 1 Huron Street, Suite 206, and with the move from First Street we are now "Collingwood Chiropractic". We are sharing office space with family physicians Drs. Kate McLachlin and Jonathan Smith.
