We suggest it is best to hold Sovereign Silver® under the tongue for 30 seconds while ingesting each dose. Wait 15 minutes before consuming any other liquid, nutritional supplement, or food. After meals, wait at least 1 hour before resuming dosages to allow the stomach contents to clear. Always use Sovereign Silver® in its pure form, so do not dilute it with other liquids or water.
