SANTEVIA guarantees all components of your Santevia Water System (Countertop model, Dispenser model, Ceramic model and Enhanced Reverse Osmosis system) to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year. Please examine all parts prior to assembly. If any part is defective or damaged in transit, or if a defect in workmanship is found in the first year, please DO NOT RETURN THE SYSTEM TO CONSCIOUS WATER.
