Jim is a nice guy but not thorough or competent in his field. A number of basement joists were notched at the bottom and a few cut straight through, no notice of this in his report although I now see is was captured in a few photos of the basement/electrical he took. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED as a major defect. He did not bother to look in the attic and missed rot of a sliding glass door frame resulting in the door not operating properly. Clearly he did not try the door. Far too many issues to note here. Contract said appx 2 hr inspection he was done i just over an hour. Seems he may have lost the drive for serving customers to the best of his abilities. Sad.
