UPGRADE AVAILABLE: For an additional $20.00 (one time fee) I will add the initial creation of a property listing handout (one-page double-sided template). This is for those who would prefer something more personal for brand new listings than what is provided to you by your real estate office.

  • Once a template is set up I can then provide you with an ongoing service providing personalized one-pagers for each of your listings for $10.00 each listing.
