Nicole is a Registered massage therapist who graduated from the massage therapy program at Georgian College in 2014. Nicole works with clients to improve movement, decrease muscle tension, and decrease stress, by providing treatments with a balance of relaxation and focused massage. Nicole will be at F.I.T. With Nicole's popularity blossoming, Lisa and her partner Gavin decided that merging their practices to create a family clinic to grow would be the next wave for F.I.T. Beginning this November F.I.T. is excited to offer the services of Gavin Buehler.
Gavin is a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness industry for nearly 15 years working with everyone from general populations to professional athletes. His experience provides a unique approach to manual therapy that includes biomechanical assessment, problem solving and remedial exercise therapy. Gavin will be at F.I.T.
