The staff overcharged me for the pair of gloves I bought this past Saturday. The price of the gloves was labelled to be $84.99. I was in a rush during the purchase. I did not notice this overcharge until I got home. Over the phone, they told me that they had apparently gotten the sticker label price wrong and it was supposed to be $99 instead of 84.99. They will not let me get the leftover amount back unless I come in person to the store to get it refunded and recharged. I live two hours away from the Blue Mountains and, due to being far along in my pregnancy, am unable to go out as needed. They do not have another store close to the city of my residence either. Also, they will not refund over the phone or let me speak to higher management about this issue. The supervisor had the audacity to say that I won't need these gloves within the 15-day refund window because the weather will change which is a completely ridiculous assertion. In addition, I also suffer from vasospasm if my hands get too cold so I will need gloves even if the weather changes. Overall, their staff had better label their products right AND make sure that their inventory prices MATCH the product's sticker price. If they have lablled it incorrectly, then it shouldn't be the customer's fault to pay for their mistake. They should also be able to refund over the phone for folks who cannot make it to their store. This should be the very basic level in customer service that is expected from any reputable store. I am very disappointed in how they handled this matter. Anyone who shops here had better make sure they don't do this to you either. If any of the staff members or higher management sees this message, I would like to be given the amount I am due.
