This place was okay at first although the prices are high and you are able to leave and go back witth the same reciept. This place is not very big as others ive been too its actually the smallest and ive been to two in newmarket two in barrie and 1 in calgary. Their floors are extreamly unsafe and slippery. My son has slipped many times thats a law suit waiting to happen. I spoke to the owner about it and said that it is very dangerous and if a child was hurt because of that, it would be horrible. Thats awful. But anyways she was rude. She didnt care. She said well excuse me... These floors afe non slip floors. I said well i was slipping on them and so were the kids. She blamed it on the product they use to clean floors after. Ugh.. We are just trying to protect the kids, you could have said thank you very much i will see what i can do to fix it. Not tell us were wrong. Then when my friend returned that night after diner the lady seen her and said oh i see your back with a fake smile. And ahe proceeded in. And then the lady came to her and told her she is to take her shoes off. She was not polite at all. At that point my friend had enough. She left in the end. We are not returning. Its expensive. And unsafe.You won't be getting as many costumers now. Thanks alot!
