Still A Working Harbour

This view of the Collingwood Harbour shows a working barge, on a crystaline calm-water morning, against a backdrop of giant earth mounds and machines of the Shipyards Development. The mounds have since been replace by nearly-built condos. And the plucky little barge hasn't been seen since.

Original realist watercolours, lovingly painted by award-winning local artist Ona Alisauskas, feature landmarks and signature views of Georgian Bay and the Blue Mountain area. Ona is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art, and member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour, and the Ontario Society of Artsists.
