When it comes to creative problem solving, I have an unfair advantage. Let me introduce my alter ego – The Real Estate Wiz. The Real Estate Wiz is much more than a personal brand: “Real Estate Wiz is to Neil Thain, what Superman is to Clark Kent”. When the Real Estate Wiz is working, we can easily solve problems that may involve insurmountable challenges and tall buildings (homes, businesses and land too).
As a buyer, you need more than just a search of available properties to successfully complete a purchase. You need local information, such as zoning and neighbourhood issues, data on other available or sold properties, construction and building maintenance knowledge, seller motivation, and much more. When representing buyers, the Wiz and I are ultra creative to ensure that you get the property you want.
Sellers need more than a lawn sign, an MLS listing and the occasional ad. Locating prospective buyers involves more than just waiting for them to come to you.
Turning potential buyers into firm buyers requires superior negotiation & problem solving skills, as well as plenty of imagination.
