Freestyle Series: American Mild
.
This ain’t your father’s Mild! We took this classic English style and fused it with Centennial hops to produce our Freestyle American Mild. This light-bodied ale pours reddish-brown with an off-white head. Caramel malt and dry hopping combined with a traditional English Ale yeast offer notes of fruit and black tea

Meet Chris Freeman
.
Chris is the brewery's Co-Founder, Head Brewer and General Manager!
.
After working in an office for many years in Toronto, Freeman decided to move him family to Niagara to study brewing. Freeman was a part of the inaugural class at Niagara College's brewing program. After finishing the program he joined up with Art, Greg and Tim and The Collingwood Brewery was born. Fittingly, the beer that launched the brewery was Freeman's final college project; The Downhill Pale Ale. If you hear U2 blasting in the brewhouse and someone belting along word for word, that's Freeman. Beer is not the only thing he makes well, get him in the kitchen he will whip you up something tasty!
.
Thanks for following your passion and making the brewery (and my job) happen!

Our latest Freestyle Series beer has arrived
.
The IPA pours a hazy-gold with an off-white head. Aromas of sweet fruit and floral hop character dominate this medium-bodied beer. A biscuit malt backbone gives way to a firm, clean, bitter finish.
