Our health-focused cooking classes are run by naturopathic doctor Aranka Jones and chef/nutritionist Jordan Swartz, combining nutritional expertise with culinary skill in a fun, relaxed environment. Class topics include cancer prevention, detoxification, inflammation, cold & flu prevention, food allergies, anti-aging and weight loss.
