Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes held at Active Life Conditioning on Hwy 26 in the Cranberry Mews, unit 103 Collingwood.
Hatha Yoga includes the practice of postures, meditation, breathing, and relaxation. Cathy completed her certification in Nepal and India and teaches a style of yoga which is called Hatha Vinyasa, an up-beat flowing practice with focus on uniting movement and breath.
