The Iron Skillet has been a landmark in Collingwood since Tony and Doris Sensenberger started the restaurant in 1991. They have been in the food and beverage business for over 20 years and now after a break, are re-open to serve those old favourites, Schnitzels, Ribs, Steaks, Mexican, Thai and more. Don’t forget the Southern Connection to Cajun County, NO ONE DOES CAJUN LIKE TONY. He makes his own Cajun seasoning – Don’t order Cajun unless you like it HOT.
The wine menu is extensive, there is a variety of draft beer and we’ve been told we have the coldest beer in town.
The new addition of a licensed patio for the summer is exciting and it will provide an opportunity for The Iron Skillet to feature live music on the patio.
